Profile Detail

Dear friend, If there was one sentence to describe me, it would read: "I love to sing the Blues." But that doesn't mean that I don't enjoy life or meeting new friends. I believe that each individual Soul is meant to be a growing song unto the world. And although we can not always remove each other's heavy burdens, we can share each other's experiences by simply listening and sharing the love we all need. Incarceration has taught me that difficult times come to everyone, yet it is our response to trials that define who we truly are. I've spent my time in prison involved in positive things like educating myself, writing several books of poetry, and preparing to reenter society. I go up for parole yearly, and I max out in less than three years. My interests are exercising, dancing, singing, reading, puzzles, and all animals, especially dogs. My hobbies are painting, hiking, biking, writing, photography, and boxing. Words to describe my personality are: shy, funny, good listener, serious, humble, quiet, and God fearing. I placed this ad because I long for good friends with whom I can learn and grow. In me, you will find a shared space of love, loyalty, and the right to think and feel freely. As I pour my pen upon the page one last time before my release, I hope you and I can find tolerance, inspiration, and the commitment to them both in the friendship we compose.
