James Holmes's Introduction

My name is Jim but I also go by "Zen", a reflection of my Buddhist faith. I am a mature, fit male that takes care of himself. I workout every day and try to keep a proper diet while in prison. As a retired veteran of the US Air Force, I have my own money and do not seek financial help. I have multiple college degrees, yet I am a down-to-earth person that grew up in the farming country of Southwestern Pennsylvania. And, although I have a keen interest in the sciences, I also enjoy nature, camping, old movies and reading novels. I am not looking for romance but I hope to make a genuine friend. I have traveled most of the United States and a number of countries, so I have a lot of experiences and stories to share. While I am willing to discuss my case, I am currently in a post-conviction petition based on new evidence with hopes of overturning my conviction.
