Hello world and thanks for stopping by to read my profile. Honestly, I've never been good at introducing myself but I'll try my best in this profile because I want to reconnect with society and I want to find a pen pal with whom I can truly connect and get along with. So who am I? Well, for starters, I'm single, I'm straight, I'm 40 years old - I'll be turning 41 in February 2026 and I'm Hispanic. I’m an introverted person by nature but I always wear my heart on my sleeve because I freely display my emotions to the world. I’m very loyal, honest, sincere, dependable, intelligent, smart, curious, sophisticated, insightful, analytical, open-minded, intense, passionate, uninhibited, adventurous, attentive, sarcastic, and quick-witted. I'm also a very philosophical, sentimental, sensitive, and vulnerable person but if I don't connect and get along with the person that I'm talking to, I become very guarded, indifferent, cold, and distant. I'm bilingual and I can speak, read, and write in Spanish fluently. My communication style is very direct and to the point and when I'm having a casual conversation, I speak my mind very bluntly and with brutal honesty. My zodiac sign is Aquarius, I'm an Atheist and I have a very dark, twisted, explicit, and inappropriate sense of humor. I'm a dog person and my favorite breeds are the larger breeds such as Dobermans, Rottweilers, and Great Danes. Before I came to prison I served in the U.S. Army for 16 years as an infantryman and during that time I got the opportunity to travel to Poland, Romania, Germany, and the Middle East. All of those international trips taught me how to greet a person and introduce myself to them in six different languages using very simple and basic greetings. When I was in the Army I earned an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice and while being in prison I earned my Paralegal Certificate through Adams State University. Upon my release from prison, I would love to work at a criminal defense law firm as a paralegal. The hobbies that I love and enjoy doing outside of prison are bowhunting, fishing, cooking, video gaming, and when I'm in the mood running. In prison, I enjoy doing CrossFit, yoga, weightlifting, reading books, and listening to music. I've been in prison since 2019 and this is the first time that I've searched for a penpal. I began my search for a pen pal because I'm ready to build a true and healthy connection with someone who is out in a free society and who isn't a prison inmate. I want to connect with a person who will take the time to know me and see me for the person that I truly am instead of Seeing me as just another prison inmate or criminal. I'm genuinely interested in getting to know that person for precisely who they are on the inside and I would love to learn about their life, dreams, passions, and everything else that makes them the unique person they are. If you choose to contact me please include your complete physical mailing address in your first letter so that I can write back to you. The only way that I'm able to respond to your letters or e-mails is by sending you a handwritten letter of my own through the postal service. Now that you know a little bit about me, I hope that you've become intrigued. This introduction has just been a tiny glimpse of who I am so if you're interested in knowing more about me, let's take a chance, let's get to know each other better and together let's find out if we can connect and get along with each other. I'm looking forward to meeting you. Ciao! ;)
