I am posting this ad in search of professional legal representation. I am 60 years old and have been in prison since age 16 and I’m tired. On April 11, 1993 while serving time at Lucasville prison, a riot took place on that date. The Lucasville riot lasted for 11 days and as a result I got falsely convicted on 2 assault charges against Lucasville staff members. See case numbers ( 94 CR 67 ) and ( 94 CR 75 ) … I was given 20 years for these 2 assault cases and when you review the trial transcripts of these 2 cases, you will see that the 2 staff members who got assaulted got on the witness stand at trial and told the court that I was not the person who assaulted them. However the judge railroaded me and gave me 20 years on top of the 15 to Life that I was already serving. This is my 44th straight year I have been in prison and the Parole Board won’t let me out because of this lie I was given 20 years over.
