It's true that deep within each human heart, there's a grand canyon screaming to be filled. At the heart of every human soul, God has installed a sleepless yearning, longing hunger for spiritual awareness and fulfillment. And at the bottom there's no soul that doesn't yearn to love and be loved. We yearn for a love that is big and embraces all of our perceived imperfections. A love that says we're perfect as we are. Some people will never know the feeling of love, they'll only know pain and rejection. Especially those trapped in a system that considers us less than human and treats us with less dignity and respect than dead dogs. I realize that serious relationships are built and sustained not only on heart-felt feelings, but also on the degree to which partners are willing to give up a part of their lives to each other. However, A successful relationship requires loyalty, trust, responsibility, communication, and compatibility. But, it takes two to make it work. So as I'm reaching out, take my hand.
